Delight in bright airy interiors with soft furnishings, accented by rich mahogany furniture and art from the Qing Dynasty that pays homage to China's rich history and culture. Chef Jacky offers traditional yum cha and dim sum menus with a contemporary twist.

Chef Jacky continues a tradition in classic Chinese hospitality which welcomes new ingredients and ideas. This attitude has lent exceptional depth and variety to his repertoire.  Signature dishes presented at Yue through the lens of fine Cantonese dining include Steamed Cod Fish with Crispy Soy Bean and Garlic in Spicy Sauce, Crispy Fried Chicken, Double-boiled Fish Maw with Brassica and Almond Cream and more.

Yue distills the philosophy and essence of Chef Jacky's career to date. While time honored favorites including classic dim sum executed with precision are offered on the menu. Highlights include Deep-fried Taro Pastries with Roasted Duck and King Oyster Mushrooms, Steamed Shrimps Dumplings with Citrus and Lard, Steamed Mixed Vegetables Dumplings with Black Truffle and Beetroot and more.
